Your mission or otherwise: Your tasks You are the central point of contact for our departments – the controlling navigation, which provides maximum transparency with clear analyses. With precise, meaningful reports, you develop our internal reporting and, together with your team, deliver standard and ad hoc analyses that give the management real Aha moments. Forecasts are part of your area – in close cooperation with other departments, you will create reliable forecasts. For monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS, you make sure that all figures are clean, comprehensible and punctual, and convert them into clear analyses for our management. You actively optimize our controlling tools and processes and ensure efficient, smart solutions. You accompany changes and take over your own projects in which you can fully play your analytical talent as well as your implementing power.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something A completed economic studies – ideally focusing on controlling or accounting – or a comparable qualification. First professional experience in controlling: key figures, analyses and reporting processes are not a new country for you, but rather old acquaintances. A pronounced business, process and technical understanding – in short: You think not only in numbers, but also in relationships. Fun to penetrate complex issues, develop clever solutions and present them in a comprehensible and convincing way to colleagues. Microsoft Excel manages safely and ideally you have experience with SAP S/4HANA as well as Microsoft Power BI. A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. Even if it gets more demanding, you stay calm and keep an overview. A natural IT affinity: New tools, data models or digital processes do not scare you – You make you curious. Very good knowledge of German and English, with which you are confident in meetings, emails and presentations.
