You are a contact person, coach and impulse provider for your employees and promote a value-adding and motivating team culture. You work closely with youth offices and other cooperation partners and represent our institutions to the outside.

A completed (special) university course, e.g. in social education, social work, pedagogy or a comparable qualification as e.g. educators. Experience in stationary child and youth assistance. Ideally, experience in a leadership or management function or the willingness to take responsibility for a larger area. A guiding style that is clear, transparent, value-adding and motivating. Organizational talent, strategic thinking, flexibility and the ability to act solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
