Technical Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for plant engineering and asset management incl. Installation availability, maintenance strategies and KPI monitoring Control and optimisation of maintenance processes as well as foreign companies and supplier management Participation in budget and investment planning, cost control and administrative tasks Management of technical projects (reconstruction, modernisation, security/environmental measures) and support for internal and external audits Further development of the technical organization, SAP-PM system and digitalization topics Direct reporting line to the plant manager

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience, ideal in the chemical industry or a similar production environment Embossed hands-on mentality and sound knowledge in maintenance strategies, SAP-PM, project management and budget management Experience with audit processes and relevant safety and environmental requirements Impressed communication capability, enforcement capability and team orientation Structured, result-oriented operation German and English skills
