Independent planning, design and development of the Active-Directory infrastructure and definition of target architectures, standards and migration scenarios Responsible administration and optimization of the operating operation of Active Directory, including domain controllers, group policies, DNS/DHCP, account management and error analysis independent processing of tasks in the fields of IT security, IAM and compliance, in particular in the case of role and authorization concepts, curing, certificate infrastructure and SIEM connection Technical management of the Client Management Unit including control of the tasks, workflows and personnel deployment planning Conception, planning and strategic development of client management and the services provided in the unit in close coordination with the participating organisational units Planning and monitoring of extensive changes, coordination of communication with user groups and cooperation in projects

completed university studies (master or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics or related fields; multi-year professional experience Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, hybrid cloud scenarios as well as GPO, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP as well as scripting and automation skills, especially PowerShell Knowledge of IT Security, Compliance, Zero Trust, PAM, Cure, PKI and Certificate Management Extensive expertise in a client management solution, ideally Baramundi Experiences in the guidance of employees:inside, the organisation of workflows and in project and change management analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting and problem solving skills; very good communication skills, service orientation, independent work, reliable knowledge of German and good English skills
