The position is to be taken at the Medical Information Systems and Digitization Office at the next possible time and at the first time for a period of two years. The Office for Medical Information Systems and Digitization is directly assigned to the Medical Director and Chairman of the Board of Management and focuses on the further development of digitalization in healthcare. It accompanies and manages the development of medical information systems from the point of view of medical performance and is responsible for the digital transformation of the University Medicine Frankfurt from defined Silos unstructured data for interoperable data use for diverse applications and AI solutions. In a variety of research projects and cooperations in regional and federal funding (e.g. the Digital University Hospital, the Digital Twin of the Future, the Network University Medicine, ProSReMod), the staff unit combines science, research and application in close cooperation with our partners at the University Center for Digital Healthcare (UCDHC). Last but not least, with the Hospital Care Improvement Act (KHVG) and the Hospital Reform Adaptation Act (KHAG), the University Medicine receives a stronger regional and supra-regional coordination function. Telemedical networks, regional partnerships and transsectoral cooperation will shape the health system of tomorrow. You have a scientific university degree in the field of Public Health, Supply Research or Health Economics / Policy. You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a comparable position. You bring knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and subject-specific provisions of hospitalization, hospital guidelines, medical guidelines, GDPR, as well as ethic requirements from projects in a university hospital. You have profound knowledge in the field of third-party funding management and experience in dealing with funding policies of third-party funding providers and the promotion of science. You score with your skills in terms of project coordination and management. Information on the establishment and organisation of a hospital, the outpatient care sector and the public health service is essential for the job. You are also routined in handling computer software programs, such as MS Office, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You burn for the topics of digitalization and AI. Good presentation and assassination skills complete your profile. Due to legal provisions, a valid proof of the measles immunity / mascara vaccination is necessary.
