You take over the leadership of exciting projects – from planning to successful completion – and always keeps in mind time, budget and content. As a mentor:in you support our junior project leaders:inside with your know-how and promote their further development. You coordinate the cooperation between customers, internal teams and external partners: both – and ensure a smooth flow of information. Project documents and documentation will be created and you be careful. You accompany the transfer of the projects to the ongoing operation and make sure that the knowledge is passed on sustainably.

A completed technical study or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in managing complex IT projects – ideally with distributed teams at several locations. You have already done trainings or coachings in the field of project management and will gladly pass on your knowledge. Project management is more than a job for you – you live it and share your experiences with enthusiasm. You have a recognised project management certification (e.g. PMA, IPMA, Prince2) and you know how to optimize your processes (e.g. ITIL). Your work is structured, analytic and targeted – and you convince with negotiation skills and enforcement. You are ready to travel throughout Germany to accompany our customers in the long term.
