In the binding customer order, we are looking for a specialist in occupational medicine m/w/d for our client in the Magdeburg region.

Your tasks:

In the team, you perform all tasks under the Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz and advise the clinic management as well as external institutions and their employees on all questions of occupational health care.

In detail, your tasks include:

• prevention of occupational diseases and prevention of health at work
• Examination of possible health problems of employees caused by the work environment
• Detection of health and performance-related factors in working conditions and assessment of health risks and impacts
• Development of improvement measures and efficiency control internally and externally
• consultation in the planning of workplaces, introduction or amendment of working procedures, introduction of new working materials, protective equipment
• Consultation in psychological, physiological, hygienic and ergonomic questions (working time, pause control, work rhythm, job design, optimization of workflows)
• Organisation and training of employees (first aid, emergency medicine)
• Support in questions of job change and reintegration into the work process
• Risk assessment in operation
• Prevention of risks, prevention of accidents
• organisation and instruction of operating instructions

Your profile:

• We would like a completed specialist training in occupational medicine
