Responsibility for strategic support and further development of key accounts in the retail segment - depending on the respective experience (LEH, drugstore) Development of future-oriented and customer-specific strategies for increasing sales, sales and earnings in close coordination with the Retail Sales Lead Continuous market analysis for identifying growth potentials by observing trends, competitive activities and market developments Close cooperation with relevant departments, in particular trade marketing and brand marketing, to ensure optimal customer support Planning, evaluation and control of distribution, sales and revenue development and derivation of strategic measures for sustainable business development

Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable training Found professional experience in key account management or field service, ideally in FMCG or trade Good knowledge of German food retailing and/or drugstore landscape Safe handling of commercial and household panel data Embossed negotiation skills and an empathic and convincing communication method Professional and confident appearance both internally and in direct customer contact High affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility and a pragmatic, result-oriented ''hands-on'' mentality German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
