As an extended arm of the shift manager, you will be able to run a team of up to 10 employees in the late layer in the goods entrance (Start: 11:00/13:00). They control and monitor the processes in the handling warehouse and ensure that all legal requirements are complied with. By working in the day-to-day business, your team will assist you in the timely loading and unloading of the trucks in the cooling warehouse and contribute to continuous process optimization. They conduct daily team meetings and actively contribute to the onboarding of new employees. They place great emphasis on quality assurance and ensure that cleanliness and order are always guaranteed at the workplace.

They have completed vocational training, preferably as a specialist (m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics. Alternatively, you will bring relevant professional experience in the forwarding & logistics or in the transfer warehouse. There is a fork certificate and experience in handling industrial trucks (snell runners/double awning). First experiences in team coordination are desirable. They are characterized by a responsible and structured way of working.
