Number: MER00047XQ In the course of a comprehensive automation offensive in production supply, innovative technologies such as autonomous mobile robotics, digital platforms and data-based applications are increasingly integrated into intralogistics. In addition to the technical questions, IT, cybersecurity, data protection and governance requirements are gaining importance. The successful scaling of new technologies frequently lacks a standardized approach to the early identification and assessment of these framework conditions. The aim is to develop a methodology that systematically captures, evaluates and integrates IT, governance, compliance and security requirements in automation projects. Existing processes are analysed, relevant stakeholders are identified and requirements in the fields of IT architecture, information security, data protection and governance are investigated. The developed methodology is validated on the basis of a real application from the environment of autonomous robotics in production supply. An evaluation of the practicality and the derivation of recommendations for action for future automation projects within an industrial production environment takes place.
