IT Systems & Security Specialist (m/f/d)

You are constantly developing our modern, cloud-based IT landscape. The administration of our Microsoft-365 environment as well as other cloud applications is your responsibility as well as ensuring a secure and stable operation. Our network and IT infrastructure – from firewalls and switches to Wi-Fi, end devices and other hardware – will help you reliably develop and develop them as needed. You actively participate in the development and development of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and shape the ISO-27001 certification – including perspective on a later C5 test. You are constantly developing our IT processes, documentation and security standards. As the first respondent, you support our employees in IT issues with pragmatic solutions in everyday work. Together with external IT service providers, you will ensure smooth IT operation and coordinate their services. You support the implementation and documentation of software validations in the regulated medical technology environment. You set up jobs, notebooks, smartphones and user accounts and manage them over their entire life cycle.

A completed training or study in the IT field or a comparable qualification. Experience in the administration of modern Microsoft-365 and cloud environments. Good knowledge of network and IT infrastructure (e.g. firewalls, switches, WLAN and endpoint management). Experience in the field of IT security, information security management or compliance (e.g. ISO 27001 or C5) as well as the pleasure of pragmatically integrating security and compliance requirements into everyday business. Knowledge in the field of software validation or regulated environments is advantageous, but no prerequisite. A structured and self-sponsored way of working and enjoying developing sustainable solutions. Communication strength and fun in cooperation with internal teams and external service providers. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
