You actively shape urban new, re- and extension buildings as well as renovation projects, thereby focusing on sustainable solutions. You carry out the projects as a builder independently and ensure that all goals are implemented on time and quality. Together with the users, You develop clear project goals and bring your expertise into play. You control external service providers such as architects, specialist planners and experts and coordinate their services. You initiate and accompany public procurement procedures for construction services. You monitor costs, dates and quality throughout the entire project period. You take responsibility for the project budget and make all the essential decisions that ensure the success of the project – always in coordination with the supervisors and bodies. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute your ideas.

You have a completed university or university degree in the field of civil engineering (FH, Diploma, Bachelor) and several years of professional experience. You bring together organisational skills and can think and act economically. You work independently and structured. You have a strong communication competence. For work, it is necessary to safely master the German language in word and writing (Language level C1 of the GER). You are routined in handling all MS Office applications and ideally have knowledge of the usual award and tendering programs. You have the pleasure of project and team work and have the rating of Class B. .
