Completely responsible handling of complex construction measures in road, underground and asphalt construction Management, further development and technical support of the undersigned building managers:inside Responsible control and monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes and control of building site results Negotiations with subcontractors and contractors Support in the follow-up design and implementation Regular information and consultation with the group or group Head of Division in all essential technical and personal tasks or Questions

Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technician:in) Relevant professional experience in comparable tasks User knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally ARRIBA / RIB iTWO) Good MS Office knowledge Enforcement, negotiation skills and leadership experience
