Project Manager in Transfer & Start-up (m/f/d)

Networking and translation of existing Unibator structures and formats with the offers of the Futury ecosystem (including programs, network, corporate partners) Conception and implementation of new, demand-oriented formats for promoting entrepreneurial skills, especially for students and researchers from the humanities and social sciences Strengthening application-oriented thinking in research and support for researchers in the development of useful ideas Scouting in the scientific fields through workshops and meetings with university-internal distributors (Research Service, Deans) Start-up and management of cooperation projects specifically for IP-protected technologies Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of events, workshops, programs and network formats (e.g. start-up programs, design-thinking formats, impact formats) Working with social media activities and the external representation of the Innovectis and the Goethe-Unibator Cooperation with internal and external partners (university, startups, companies, sponsors, investors)

Complete university studies Knowledge and experience in/with spin-offs and/or business development Good communication skills and experience in project management Entrepreneurial attitude and understanding of business relations Embossed organisational skills and experience in interdisciplinary cooperation Enforcement and negotiation skills Knowledge of German in C-Level, English in B-Level
