in full or part-time (from 50 per cent) In the Anna-Haag-Haus, the oldest multi-generation house in Germany, 180 employees of various professions work. Together we create a lively coexistence of the genera­tions with a variety of approaches from old and young. You are also involved in this community of generations as staff members. Own-responsibility and timely preparation of the pay bills Creation of work contracts and contract changes Reporting and certification Contact person for employees, health insurance companies and authorities Personnel administration and occupational pension schemes Current evaluations, statistics and overviews

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification (e.g. wage and salary accountants, tax specialist or specialist assistant) Experience in a comparable field of activity Discretion and reliability Self-employed, careful and targeted Good knowledge of social insurance, wage and labour law Services, communication and team skills
