Technical and disciplinary management of the cross-site team Hazardous Substance Management of Rheinmetall Waffen Ammunition GmbH Continuous further development of a legally compliant hazardous material management at the locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland Technical assessment and approval of hazardous substances in the context of the internal release process including documentation and support of the specialist areas in substitution tests Ensuring and coordinating the requirements of REACH (in particular Art. 33, Annex XIV, Annex XVII) Close cooperation with work security, environmental protection, executives and internal and external interfaces Development and control of digital processes and tools (e.g. SAP, AUDITOR plus, SharePoint)

successfully completed studies in the field of chemistry, safety technology or comparable; as an alternative, technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual occupational experience in the field of occupational safety, hazardous substance management, ideally in an industrial company Experience in REACH, at best with registrations and approvals of substances at ECHA First leadership experience or experience in the professional management of teams or external service providers Knowledge of relevant legal regulations in handling hazardous substances Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as willingness to occasional missions Structured and self-sponsored operation and pronounced organisational and coordination capability Communication strength and safe occurrence in exchange with different stakeholders
