Telephone and written support of our customers in various problems and issues in the daily business around our IT services Qualification, documentation, classification and solution of incoming requests Support in the setup and configuration of software and hardware Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented communication Self-employed development of efficient solutions Close cooperation and constant communication with the team

You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification You already have practical experience in IT support You are contacting and enjoying being in direct contact with people You have fun in solving IT problems and managing technical challenges You show the willingness to take responsibility You have prepared knowledge of Microsoft operating systems You're a cross-starter?
