For our clients, Milkwork Crailsheim-Dinkelsbühl eG. independent, cooperative processing company with approx. 240 employees a quantity of annual milk of about 130 million kg of milk at o.g. Products processed. Annual turnover is around € 65 million. The beaten tonnage is approx. 19,000 tons of cheese. Due we are looking for you as:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

This is what your working day looks like:

• Sampling and inspections in production
• Chemical, physical, microbiological and sensory studies raw materials, intermediates and final products by dairy farming analytical standards
• Controls concerning process and production hygiene
• Test device monitoring according to the respective requirements

You are:

• You have successfully completed training to

(m/w/d) orMilchtechnologen (m/w/d), Chemisch Technical Assistant / CTA (m/w/d) or environment Technical Assistant UTA (m/w/d)

• First professional experience in the field of food analysis in the laboratory
• You are ready to work in shiftwork
• Self-employed and committed work
• You are reliable, responsible and team-ready
