Design the digital transformation: As a savings ring partner for the CxO, you shape and structure the digital transformation of manufacturing companies. Be responsible for the integration of strategies: You are responsible for the effective integration of the developed strategy into the higher-level corporate or specialist strategy. Develop an implementation strategy: You develop a concrete implementation strategy and plan realistic milestones in a digital roadmap. Calculate business cases and support customers: You calculate business cases of individual digitization measures and help our customers make economic and future-proof decisions. Study and qualification: You have a successfully completed study, e.g. in business engineering, BWL, mechanical engineering, business informatics or business psychology. Relevant professional experience: In the area of digitalization, ideally in the manufacturing industry, you have already gained professional experience. Digitalization and transformation know-how: On the basis of a wide range of methods and project experience, even in the management of unstable project situations, you have acquired know-how in the field of digitalization and transformation.
