Management and organisation of the entire accounting and financial department Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Development, implementation and monitoring of financial policies and procedures Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards Leadership and motivation of the team to promote a positive working atmosphere Responsibility for financial planning, analysis and reporting Creation of monthly key figures for internal and external reporting, ad-hoc reporting and half-yearly budgets Creation of financial and liquidity planning, responsibility for forecasting and risk protection Preparation of the annual financial statements including inventory assessment, provisions and position report Preparation of cash flow management, implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and controlling of projects Ensuring effective cost control and implementation of cost analyses to improve financial performance Automation and development of our systems

Complete study of business management, ideally focusing on finance/invoicing Multiannual relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in a leading position Knowledge in accounting and tax law Experience with common accounting software systems, especially BC Team-oriented leaders with strong communication skills
