In your training to cook / cook (m/w/d), you will learn all the basics of professional cuisine: you prepare jobs, plan processes, check goods and store them properly. You use basic working techniques such as cutting, preparing and various cooking methods and prepare simple to more demanding dishes, such as soups, sauces, vegetable dishes, meat and fish products, and desserts. You always work according to recipes, note hygiene and safety regulations and make food appealing. You carry out cleaning and documentation work and learn to deal with food and resources sustainably. You will also participate in the menu planning, costing, labelling of food, goods management and kitchen organization and work closely in the team to offer our guests a high-quality culinary experience.
