As the SF-Bau department manager, you are responsible for technically demanding projects in housing, industrial and commercial construction, as well as special construction in the regional area between 5 million and 15 million. You are responsible for monitoring the process including Work preparation/subcontractor, quality assurance, schedules, billing, construction site result control, defect management and acceptance You coordinate, guide and develop your team consisting of 5 construction ladders & 3 poles In addition, you support the acquisition & project management and maintenance of business relationships

You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree as a civil engineer/architect, or have comparable knowledge They bring several years of professional experience in the project management of construction projects in turnkey construction and have at least 5 years of professional experience They are characterized by a targeted way of working, are a team player, possess high project competency and economic entrepreneurial thinking
