Pedagogical specialist for extracurricular and classroom-related activities (m/f/d)

Description of tasks:

The start-up programme is an educational programme for the promotion of disadvantaged pupils to give them a good start to school life and later to work. As part of the Federal and Länder start-up programme, at the GS Grodener School, Papenstr. 4, 27472 Cuxhaven, the fixed-term job for a pedagogical employee / a pedagogical employee as a specialist (w/m/d) for non-teaching and educational activities with a regular weekly working time of 18.8 hours, plus a holiday-time scheme (1.5). This job is not suitable for parttime. For example, the teaching staff should support the school by:

• supervised students during school opening hours
• Support for teaching staff
• Teaching instruction

Description of requirements:

Ideally, you have completed training for the state-recognized educator/educators, but at least have a pedagogical basic attitude that evaluates diversity. We require joy in working with students, reliability and team skills. In addition, a sovereign handling of larger groups of children is desired. The activity is assigned to S 8a TV-L. However, if you do not have training as a state-recognized educator/educator, you do not meet the personal requirements of this grouping and are therefore grouped into S 4 TV-L. Since, as indicated above, this is a fundamentally unreasonable period of time, it is already described in § 14 para. 2 p. 2 TzBfG. It is therefore in principle only possible to apply to those who have not previously been in any employment relationship with the country of Lower Saxony or who is currently standing. Educational conditions or internships with training character in the country of Lower Saxony are not working conditions. The Land of Niedersachsen aims to remove sub-representation dances within the meaning of the NGG in all areas and positions. Applications by men are therefore particularly welcomed.
