Coordination and monitoring of service orders Telephone and written correspondence with customers and forwarders Processing of services and warranty services Offer creation and invoice preparation Collection and maintenance of customer data in our goods management system Support in the disposition of our service technicians

Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training Professional experience in order processing, customer support, planning High service and customer orientation, as well as technical understanding Structured, organised and self-sponsored work Sovereigns, friendly appearance and good team skills Knowledge in an ERP system, as well as safe handling of MS Office applications and enthusiasm for digital processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
