As a UX designer (gn), you create holistic, user-centric experiences along complex platforms and user journeys. With a clear focus on Human-Centered Design, you connect user needs, business goals and technical framework conditions to intuitive, consistent UX solutions with real added value.

UX Designer (gn)

Place of work: Köthen (DE), Leipzig (DE), Munich (DE), Bundesweit (DE), Homeoffice Digitally inspire: You design and design intuitive, barrier-free UX solutions based on Human-Centered Design. To do this, you will create Wireframes, User Flows and Interaction Designs and develop concepts and prototypes iteratively – based on design principles and user feedback Stetiger Progress: You plan and conduct usability tests and use common research methods such as interviews, surveys or heuristic analyses. On this basis, you identify user needs, guide optimization potentials and prioritise concrete action recommendations Implementation of concepts: You design and visualize relevant user journeys, derive concrete UX designs and ensure that user experiences are value-giving, efficient and consistent Living Network: In close cooperation with platform teams, you develop roll-friendly UX solutions. You use and care for a clear user role taxionomy and guides requirements for custom designs Ensure consistency: You build UX Guidelines and UI-Patterns and develop reusable design solutions in the design system. In the Sparring with UX Engineers and Frontend teams, you accompany the implementation and ensure a high design quality Continuously improve: You analyse real use, identify UX-Pain points and guide concrete improvement measures. Designs and guidelines you develop iteratively and always keeps the user perspective in mind

Extensive knowledge: You have proven experience in UX design. User-Experience Principles and Methods are Practices for You Method security: You master UX methods like User-Centered Design (HCD), usability tests, journey mapping, Wireframing, Design Thinking, Lean UX, Prototyping and A/B testing. Insights from qualitative and quantitative data are derived analytically Tools and Processes: You work safely with prototyping tools like Figma and have experience in creating and maintaining user journeys (e.g. with CX Omni). You understand business processes quickly and translate them into user-centric designs Personality: You work independently and responsibly, think consistently user-centred and place great value on detail quality. With creative problem-solving competence, you will also find convincing design solutions within technical limits Working and cooperation: You work structured, document transparent and remain flexible in changing requirements. In the team, you will convince by communication and presentation strength, empathy for user needs and constructive cooperation with different stakeholders Language: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
