Product Owner Health & Performance (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. As Product Owner (m/w/d), you take a key role in building and implementing technological solutions in the field of Health & Performance. You are the technical partner of the department and work closely with it and the development to create a digital product and process landscape. Product vision and strategic design: Development of a digitalization strategy for Health & Performance in close coordination with the specialist department and development. Product development: You are responsible for the development of software with a focus on preventive health and also on performance sports. Project management: expert management and control of a project team. Product Responsibility: Development, Introduction and Continuous Improvement of Digital Solutions for Health & Performance. Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with internal and external partners to launch innovative solutions.

Education: Completed studies in medical or economic informatics, health management, engineering or comparable qualifications Experience as Product Owner: Multiannual practical experience in the role of Product Owner or in a comparable product management position, ideally with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban Experience with innovative projects: Ideally experience in building something completely new, in a dynamic environment, away from the further development of established systems Industry Knowledge in Health: Understanding the Processes, Actors and Challenges in the German Health Market Agile product development: Sovereign handling of agile tools and artifacts, in particular the independent guidance and prioritization of the Product Backlog Product vision and strategy: The ability to develop a clear and motivating product vision and to implement it through a strategic roadmap Use of AI and cloud technologies: Ideally, you have skills to use the technologies in the right place A sense of decision and responsibility: You have the courage to make decisions and take full responsibility for the success of the product JOBV1_EN
