As an innovative and future-oriented company, Drees & Sommer is a solution provider for highly complex projects and an integral partner in the planning and realization of industrial sites in semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, chemistry, power plant and process engineering. The design of the technical facilities and buildings we provide in-house as well as all other services of the value chain of the project. For the technical and planning overall responsibility of highly complex EPCM projects, we are looking for you and your expertise.

You can exercise this role at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice, e.g. in Stuttgart, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Leipzig or Frankfurt am Main. Technical overall responsibility for design and engineering areas in the course of highly complex EPCM projects with a focus on industry and large-scale installations Technical and planning overall coordination within the project across all planning phases and subprojects, as well as regular, trusted communication and saving ring with the customer Fully responsible for quality, dates and costs regarding the design solutions of the project Structure the offer and project facility in close coordination with the overall project management Reporting the status quo and subsequent changes to all stakeholders in the project, including changes in appointment and design Actively maintain and build new customer relationships and place design management services on the market Design and conceptual process development of design and engineering workflows

Complete study of the field of supply technology, civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in overall responsibility, in particular in the context of project processing and design or engineering coordination of complex industrial projects and ideally experience in EPCM projects Understanding general planning and project and construction management Knowledge in handling HAOI, AHO, VOB as well as common design and engineering workflows and methods German and English knowledge in word and writing Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-sector work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts
