As a central interface between HR and IT, you actively shape the digital development of our HR system landscape towards AI. In doing so, you combine professional HR confession with IT know-how and a look for innovative solutions.

Rethink HR processes: Together with the departments, you analyze and optimize existing processes and develop digital solutions that create real added value Projects: From requirement analysis to conception to implementation, you control IT projects and further development initiatives in the HR environment Designing a system landscape: You continue to promote and develop applications such as SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central) and SAP HCM while maintaining interfaces and integrations in mind Bringing people and solutions together: In workshops and in exchange with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, you are looking for clear requirements, good cooperation and successful implementations Promoting innovation: You are testing new technologies and, in particular, AI solutions for HR, assessing their applications and bringing innovative approaches from idea to practical application

A completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis Multiannual well-founded experience in consulting, further development or introduction of HR IT solutions as well as in the management of IT projects already brings you with With SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM you know yourself well-founded and have a good understanding of HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle Analytical and conceptual thinking, a good sense for different stakeholders as well as a structured and independent way of working characterize you Technology affinity and interest in AI: You have a good understanding of current AI technologies and their application possibilities in the HR environment and can ideally prove first practical experiences Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
