We are looking for a(n) Research Coordinator:in (m/w/d) Open Source, Data Rooms & Tractus-X for the Tractus-X Accelerator project, which drives the open source activities of ARENA2036 around Tractus-X and builds our developer community. You participate in building your own ARENA2036 open source community and make sure that Tractus-X as well as the underlying data space architectures are made and understood within ARENA2036 and beyond.
Your tasks:
• Support of developers:inside and projects when entering Tractus-X, data space technologies and other open source standards
• Transfer and explanation of data models (e.g. Catena-X / Data Space Data Models) for developers and partner companies to ensure semantic interoperability
• Technical documentation, tutorials, sample data models and training documents
• Organization and implementation of workshops, trainings, hackathons and community events
• Promoting an active developer community and active open source contributions
• Technical communication between industry, research institutions and open source community
• Promoting open source developments and supporting relevant communities within ARENA2036
• Participation in building your own ARENA2036 open source community. Improving visibility and awareness of Tractus-X within ARENA2036
• Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject
• Experience as a developer relations manager, technical community manager or in a comparable role in the open source or IT environment
• Technical understanding of software architectures, ideally in the area of cloud-natives and Data room technologies
• Good knowledge of data modelling and data models (e.g. JSON-LD, RDF/OWL, Asset Administration Shell / administration shell or domain-specific data models of the automotive and manufacturing industry)
• Experience in creating documentation and tutorials (e.g. Markdown, GitHub Pages, Confluence)
• Safe appearance at presentations, workshops and training
• Experience with Eclipse Foundation Processes and Governance
• Very good knowledge of German and English
