Maintenance of sanitary and heating systems – Regular inspection, maintenance and function control of sanitary and heating components – implementation of small maintenance measures to ensure trouble-free operation Small repairs and troubleshooting – Fixing typical faults and disturbances (e.g. leakages, defective fittings, tube blockages, disturbances on radiators and control valves) – Exchange and repair of wear parts Overarching activities in facility management – Support for technical control steps in the object – Working with general FM tasks (e.g. accompaniment of specialist companies, support in audits and acceptances) – Documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of the technical documentation

Do you have technical skills, a solution-oriented way of working and enjoy keeping buildings running? We look forward to your application! Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, sanitary installer or comparable qualification Experience in the maintenance and maintenance of sanitary and heating systems, ideally in the building sector Technical understanding and craftsmanship Self-employed, reliable and careful operation Friendly, service-oriented appearance in dealing with customers and users Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration)
