As (Junior) Risk Manager (m/w/d) for Operational Risk & Enterprise Risk, you are directly involved in managing the risks of C24 Bank GmbH. We look forward to your application!

Monitoring the risk situation and risk profile of the bank, as well as creating meaningful reports, analyses and scenarios for risk management. Further development of the management of operational risks, support for enterprise risk management and derivation of measures for overall banking management. Coordination of tasks under the ICAAP, ILAAP and IRRBB and verification of the appropriateness of the methods used. Participation in the further development of risk strategies, internal policies, business planning and risk management accounting. Analysis of regulatory requirements (e.g., CRR, MaRisk) and derivation of necessary measures in close cooperation with other disciplines.

Completed master's degree with economic or scientific orientation, e.g. economics, BWL, or mathematics Ideally, first professional experience or internships in risk management for operational risk or in the ERM as well as initial knowledge of the banking regulatory system An analytically structured procedure with a high solution orientation distinguishes you You have a high affinity for data and data analysis You bring a pronounced hand-on mentality and fun on teamwork Language and Writing (Word, Excel, Power Point) complete your profile
