As part of our product management, you are responsible for the customer-centric development and operation of our B2B/B2C platform solutions in the retail securities business. Their focus is on designing our brokerage solutions for end customers and consultants to create a first-class digital experience. As a product manager (m/w/d), you proactively design the technical design of our omnichannel solutions in the retail value paper business, in particular in the field of order processes in the front end. You continuously analyze customer requirements as well as market and competitive trends, derive new requirements and translate them into innovative, customer-centric solutions. You work closely with internal and external partners (e.g. Atruvia), coordinate thematic planning and inform proactively about the needs of action. When designing, you always take into account the business and sales goals as well as the legal and regulatory requirements. You ensure the smooth running of the applications, answer the 2nd level support and continuously optimize the associated support and communication processes. You ensure complete, audit-proof documentation (e.g. in ServiceNow) and carry out independently compliance-relevant tests as well as protection requirements.

Successfully completed study of economics or business informatics, ideally combined with a bank training At least 3 years of professional experience in product management or in the design of digital securities solutions Good knowledge of the capital market and a deep understanding of the needs of securities investors and consultants Experience with the systems of DWP Bank (e.g. WP2/WP3) and ideally also the Atruvia (e.g. agree21) Knowledge in the digitization and optimization of processes Very good German in word and writing
