Reference number: 398210 Fluid management: holistic care, monitoring and optimization of cooling lubricants and process fluids in production plants Cooling lubricant maintenance: control, refilling, correction, new approach and replacement of cooling lubricants to ensure stable manufacturing processes Oil and lubricant service: Oil change and lubricating and monitoring TRGS-611 measurements: Regular measurement, analysis and evaluation of relevant parameters according to TRGS 611 Documentation: Technically appropriate collection, evaluation and documentation of all measurement and test results according to legal and internal requirements Plant control & cleaning: performing inspections, control procedures and cleaning and maintenance measures on fluid and filtration systems You support our team directly with the customer at the Cologne site. Complete technical or craft training (e.g. specialist, industrial mechanic, chemical or comparable) Multiannual experience in fluid management, cooling lubricants or oil service Qualification as TRGS (in particular TRGS 611) or corresponding practical experience Knowledge of the measurement, analysis and documentation of cooling lubricants Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment and documentation systems Self-employed, structured and responsible work
