Healthcare Controllers (m/f/d)

In 14 specialist departments with over 600 beds as well as the associated medical care centres (MVZ) with nine locations, we take care of the health and well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You are responsible for the meaningful performance and revenue controlling for DRG, hybrid-DRG and additional charges in the context of the monthly/annual financial statements as well as economic planning and billing • The annual budget negotiations with the cost-benefits according to KHG and KHEntgG help you through various work • To the material costs of medical need, provide meaningful information to our chief physicians and give them economic impulses • Reporting in your area of responsibility continues to develop.

Requirements: • Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, health economy, controlling or comparable qualification • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling; preferably in hospital • Knowledge of hospital financing by KHG and KHEntgG • Sovereign handling of MS Excel and experience with KIS/ERP systems as well as Data Warehouse • Analytical and conceptual thinking and a high number affinity • Self-employed, reliable and solution-oriented operation • Communication strength, initiative and team skills
