These exciting tasks await you: Leadership & Team Development: You will guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees in a targeted manner and create a motivating, customer- and result-oriented work environment. In addition, you are responsible for personnel demand planning, personnel selection and appropriate development and qualification measures. Structure, control & strategy: You guide the objectives of your functional area from the overall banking objectives, define clear individual goals, check the achievement of the target and control it as needed. In addition, you plan and coordinate the tasks of your area and participate in area-related and overarching projects. Quality, Processes & Sustainability: You ensure quality standards, continuously develop processes and advance the optimization of your functional range. In doing so, you will focus on digitalization, process standardization, RPA and process efficiency. Communication & Cooperation: You support team cooperation and internal and external interfaces, ensure a good flow of information and inform about relevant technical, legal, business and technological innovations. In doing so, you act as an internal service provider and quality assuranceer. Credit Management Private customers: You are responsible for the proper and timely creation of credit and collateral contracts as well as the quality-oriented credit processing in private customer business. These include, in particular, the examination of credit applications, collateral, payment requirements, contractual changes, reporting, data checks and compliance with the internal banking principles in the credit business.

That's what you bring: Foundation & Qualification: You have a completed business studies, a bank-specific training or a comparable qualification, as well as a solid understanding of business and bank-related relationships. Credit Business & Regulatorik: You bring several years of experience in the credit business, have a well-founded knowledge of the assets and are safe to handle legal, regulatory and qualitative requirements in the credit environment. Leadership & team orientation: Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience and understand how to lead teams clearly, value-adding and binding, as well as to develop employees in a targeted manner. Process, digitization and implementation competence: You think process-oriented, identify optimization potentials and implement changes effectively. Ideally, you will also bring experience or a good understanding of the topics digitalization, process standardization, RPA and IT applications. Value orientation, communication & design will: You treat value-estimating, responsibly and with enthusiasm. Communication strength, collaborative ability, strategic thinking, decision-making strength and design will complete your profile.
