You are structuring new energy park projects for the operating phase and develop matching company and contract structures You design and develop project-related contract structures (e.g. infrastructure, pooling or project realization contracts) You first, check and negotiate the corresponding project contracts – in close coordination with the project development and our internal legal department You take over contract management and keeps deadlines and obligations in mind You are the central contact person: for commercial issues in different phases of the project – especially in complex projects and cooperations You work closely with internal interfaces (e.g. project development, law, marketing, production) and external partners
Completed studies in the field of renewable energies, economic engineering, business management or comparable Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years), ideally in the environment of renewable energies or in project-related structures Experience in contract management and in the creation and/or negotiation of contracts Understanding technical and economic relationships in energy projects Structured, self-responsive operation and pronounced communication and presentation skills Ideally knowledge of property and lease law and company law Very good German and good English skills Class B driving licence and standby for occasional journeys
