Educational specialist in school support (m/f/d)

On August 1, 2026 we are looking for our area of Autism Center Chemnitz at Chemnitz site, in parttime with 25-35 hours a week and initially limited for one year with option for extension five Pedagogical experts (m/w/d) in the school administration.

Your tasks with us:

• Accompanying a child with special support and support needs in a 1:1 or 1:2 Care
• Promoting psychological stabilisation, accompanying stress and crisis situations, intervention in (auto)aggressive behaviour
• Development of aid planning and development reports and documentation
• Participation in counselling, help plan discussions, training, supervision, active design during excursions

• Education as educator, curative nurses, curative teacher, or social education
• Management certificate
• Class B licence desirable
• Immunization against hepatitis A and B
• Immunization against measles
• Physical durability, endurance and flexibility
• Patience, empathy and pronounced social competence
• Team skills
