IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)

You take over the administration, care, maintenance and updating (travel buyer) software applications You actively participate in the selection, harmonisation and standardization of commercial applications and implement technical requirements in coordination with internal departments You can edit support requests as part of ticketing and provide 2nd and 3rd level support You advise and support national and international expertise in dealing with applications You cooperate in international IT projects and coordinate cooperation with external partners (e.g. manufacturers, consultants) You support users in the use of applications, possibly also through training

You have completed training or studies in the field of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification You bring very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, in particular Microsoft Fundamentals, Power Automate, MS Azure and MS SharePoint You have experience in process documentation and testing applications as well as automated processes You have a good understanding of technical processes in a manufacturing company and act as a communication-strong interface between departments and IT You are familiar with ITSM processes, ticket systems and access control systems You are characterized by a structured and quality-conscious way of working You communicate safely in English, both in word and in writing
