You coordinate and manage all process-related tasks independently in close cooperation with the specialist departments in the company. You coordinate, control and prioritize process optimization in close cooperation with the specialist areas - from conception to sustainable anchoring in daily business. You moderate workshops, control optimization initiatives and accompany the specialist areas in implementing improvement measures. You promote cross-departmental end-to-end process thinking and help overcome silo thinking in the core processes. You define relevant key figures, build an effective process controlling and make improvements measurable. You support strategic process management in the introduction of methods and tools of Operational Excellence Management (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, KVP). You are the central contact partner for all topics related to processes, automation and requirement management and work closely with IT. You create and evaluate requirements for process optimization in the customer experience business unit and justify them by cost-benefit analyses.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of economic engineering, business management or business informatics, or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You bring several years of experience in process management or in the field of operational excellence and have ideally already worked in regulated environments, for example in the insurance industry or in the healthcare sector. You have profound knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Six Sigma and continuous improvement. You are characterized by a high level of implementation and not only bring concepts on the way, but anchor them in the organization in an operational and sustainable manner. You have experience in managing cross-departmental projects, as well as change management skills and professional handling of resistances. You convince by an analytical and structured way of working and are able to translate complex relationships into practical solutions. You stand securely at all hierarchical levels, have a pronounced communication and moderation strength and bring experience in the implementation of workshops. You have a high digital affinity and ideally have experience with IT systems, process management tools and data-based analyses. You are ready to travel for selected local presence dates and workshops.
