Product Manager Consumer Goods – Bicycle & Household (m/f/d)

Your new position will lead you to a versatile product management environment. Here you are responsible for bike and bicycle care products, household products and commercial goods for our B2C brands – from idea to market launch. You work closely with our teams of research and development, purchasing, marketing and sales as well as with external suppliers and wage-fillers and control product developments and product adaptations. To achieve project milestones, coordinate project teams across divisions and corporate boundaries and ensure the efficient use of internal and external resources. You follow market and competition trends, accompany product tests and use customer, market and sales feedback to continuously develop your product portfolio. In addition, you analyze sales figures and market data and derive appropriate product, product and lifecycle strategies as well as measures for successful product launch and placement.

Completed studies in (economic)engineering, business management, chemistry or a related field as well as a pronounced affinity for technology Multiannual (2+) professional experience in product or project management, ideally in the consumer goods environment (B2C), in the chemical-technical industry or in cooperation with external manufacturing partners Enthusiasm for cycling and/or household products as well as a good feeling for end customers, brands and competition Embossed interface and communication skills as well as practice in controlling interdisciplinary projects Basic technical understanding; as far as possible know-how in the field of lubricants and tribology Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and readiness to travel (about 1–2 days per month) Personally, you are convinced by your own initiative, a structured way of working, hands-on mentality, trend awareness and team skills
