To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time employee (m/w/d) in the area of Purchasing / Materials Management at the Schwandorf, Viechtach or Neumark (Sachsen) site.

What tasks do you have? Responsibility for operational purchasing; priority for meeting the needs of our workshop in Schwandorf. This includes: Collection of offers, offer analysis, price negotiations and selection of suppliers Order processing including creating orders, taking into account existing contracts and obtaining the necessary permits Date tracking including receipt of order confirmations and sending reminders independent commissioning of repairs and repairs (including creation of shipping documents, delivery of material or receipt and forwarding of documents/examination reports) Proactive definition of saving measures and initiation of implementation clarification of deviations between invoice and order (quantity, price, conditions) Retrieval of material requirements as a basis for bundles of needs Participation in optimizing the purchases First contact for suppliers and for the workshop (e.g. for delivery bottlenecks) Support in the clarification of warranty claims Takeover of special tasks by arrangement

What are you doing? • Completed studies (e.g. industrial engineering), alternatively a commercial training with technical background or technical training with commercial background • Mind. 2 years of professional experience in operational purchasing in a technical environment • Experience from the railway industry of advantage • Structured and independent mode of operation combined with high duty awareness • Binding, communication-strong and sovereign appearance • Flexibility and fun to work on new topics and situations • Secure handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and SAP MM
