For the Tannenhof Ulm, LIBW, we are now looking for a home management (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with completed studies based on Bachelor or with a comparable degree of social work/social education.

Technical and organizational management of the LIBW with 24 living spaces in the newly built house Educational and economic responsibility of the field Implementation and co-design of the “2 milieu principle”, consisting of living in the new residential building and day structure in new premises as well as animal-supported in the garden Development and maintenance of non-professional social contacts and networks of clients in the Ulm Social Area Cooperation with members and legal guardians Direct cooperation in care and assistance within the house Creation of development reports as well as the participation and organisation of assistance plan discussions Service planning and leadership of a steadily growing team Head of team meetings and lead personnel talks Close cooperation with the psychological service
