Your responsibility at the construction site As a foreman, you lead and support your inclusive team in the design and maintenance of outdoor facilities in the Würzburg district. You ensure that work is implemented professionally, economically and reliably.

This means: Technical instructions, operational planning and daily management of your team at the construction site Organisation and coordination of work processes on site Ensuring quality, work security and schedule Coordination with management and local customers Professional use of machinery, equipment and material Designing our workflows – your experience is heard and appreciated

Description We are looking for an experienced foreman/column leader in horticulture and landscape construction (m/w/d) for an unlimited full-time job in Würzburg – all year round, without winter loss, with a transparent content in a non-profit company.

Do you know that? Overtimes that are not paid. Friday afternoons belonging to the construction site. Machines that need to be repaired. And winter months that could cost you the contract.

We are a non-profit GaLaBau company with 24 employees from Würzburg. As a subsidiary of the Caritas we design and maintain outdoor facilities for social and ecclesiastical institutions, municipalities, companies and private customers. What distinguishes us from commercial enterprises: we are not a rendite-driven company. This means that construction site decisions are not made under chord pressure. You run an inclusive team with people with and without disabilities – professionally and at eye level.

Your salary – transparent and concrete Basic salary from 3,200 € gross / month (39 hours/week) Pre-worker allowance according to experience and scope of responsibility Tax-free property cover 50 € / month (card) Reliable annual special payments Annual performance premium for good construction site performance Effective year gross €42,000 to €50,000 With master title, driver's license CE / C1E or at least 5 years of pre-worker experience, you enter the upper end.
