Payroll Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

You take over the independent control and execution of the monthly wage and salary bill for a defined group of employees You are contact persons in labour law and accounting issues for employees and managers You organize the on- and off-boarding processes and take care of the time recording system You control the recruiting processes using a modern candidate management software, create job profiles in cooperation with the specialist departments and switch job advertisements You work on projects to optimize our personal processes

You have completed a commercial training - you will be happy to receive further training in the field of human resources management You bring at least one year of experience in a human resources department and have independently reckoned with an ERP system Ideally, you have knowledge of the application “DATEV Personal” (no condition) You have basic labour law skills You act independently, structured and discrete You'll be safe with MS Office You speak and write fluent German You are a team player and enjoy moving things together You are reliable because you know how important it is that your colleagues receive their salary on time and correctly
