As an event coordinator: set up various course and workshop formats and perform them, for this you can book the event rooms in our house In your hands is the reception, care and correspondence of national and international participants They ensure a smooth process by creating and sending invitations and cost acceptance declarations in compliance with relevant compliance regulations Through the accurate documentation of your events in the event management software, you contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality in the planning and execution of events, this also helps you to carry out evaluations and reporting in the aftertaste. Commercial training or studies in the tourism or event industry or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of event organization Safe handling of current MS Office applications, experience with event software/booking programs are advantageous Knowledge of relevant healthcare compliance regulations are advantageous Organizational, safe occurrence and willingness to take responsibility Embossed communication skills, team spirit and joy at work Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
