Technical Consultant m/w/d

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for implementing the Across Language Server as well as its additional components and their seamless integration into the processes of our customers.
• You advise and advise our customers in all technical matters around our products to ensure optimal use.
• You manage and care for our products on the customer's productive and test systems to ensure smooth operation.
• You set up specifications for individual adjustments, their delivery, configuration and acceptance on the customer systems.
• You participate in Presales consultations and conduct Proof-of-Concept projects to demonstrate our solutions.
• You accompany our customers in installations, software updates as well as server and database migrations.
• You advise and support our customers in connecting third-party systems and implementing process automation.
• You support the processing of demanding technical requests.
• You support the sales team in the supply phase through technical expertise and advice.

Your profile:

• You master German at native language level and have good English skills.
• You have excellent knowledge and extensive experience in the current Microsoft server and SQL server environment.
• You think analytically, work in solution-oriented, are curious and have a quick understanding.
• You are team-ready, work independently and value a customer-oriented way of working.
