Technician / Engineer Technical Building Equipment (TGA) (m/f/d)

Independent support and control of TGA projects Planning, coordination and implementation of building measures Technical inventory and development of suitable solutions Creation and testing of planning, tendering and project documents Coordination of specialist companies, suppliers and internal contact persons Monitoring of dates, costs, quality and occupational safety Monitoring of assembly, commissioning, acceptance and documentation Operational support for technical tasks, disruptions and optimizations Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and relevant regulations

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field Professional experience in technical building equipment, ideally in one or more areas such as heating, ventilation, climate, sanitary, electric or building automation Experience in project processing and coordination of various participants Embossed technical understanding and a solution-oriented, practical operation willingness to take responsibility and to work with yourself, if necessary Independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of common office applications; Knowledge of CAD, planning or project software is advantageous
