As Tax Specialist (m/w/d), you will consult Greencells GmbH and selected foreign units in all tax matters of daily business. You participate in tax analyses, compliance processes and cross-departmental issues and are an important contact for internal stakeholders, external consultants and international authorities. The role is ideal for candidates with a tax or legal background and professional experience in the tax sector who want to take on operational responsibility and have the pleasure of quickly working on new issues, including in an international context. Your tasks

Own-sponsible tax support of Greencells GmbH and of foreign subsidiaries and businesses. Ensuring and controlling the tax compliance processes (including VAT, CIT, deduction tax, RCT/CIS, Green Tax, etc.) in cooperation with our external consultants. Tax analysis, assessment and documentation of new business incidents, contracts and international supply chain structures. Coordination and communication with internal interfaces (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, Project Management) and external tax advisors. Management and monitoring of tax audits, public authorities and internal projects. Identification and assessment of tax risks and active further development of the Tax Risk & Compliance Framework. Initiation and implementation in process optimization, digitization and automation in the tax environment.

Technically:

Completed study with reference to tax law (economic law, business management, finance or comparable qualification). Professional experience in the tax environment, ideally in an international company, an audit firm or tax consultancy law firm. Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: sales tax, income taxes, international tax, compliance/reporting. Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word); Experience with Business Central 365 or other ERP systems of advantage. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Remarkable, but not mandatory: Tax consultants or ongoing preparation (or similar). Experience with international tax issues (e.g. Reverse Charge, PE, VAT position, supply chains, workshops). Personal competencies: Impressed communication strength, especially in coordination with colleagues from different disciplines and nationalities. Ability to react quickly even in a dynamic international environment and efficiently control priorities. High level of learning and analysis: joy in working on new tax issues. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation. Team spirit, reliability and proactivity.
