As project tax:in TGA, you can independently coordinate and integrate the concerns of the TGA with the project management of the respective overall project or act as project manager:in. You support the growing team “Technical Supervision” and, in particular, assume the following tasks: Analysis, assessment and control of external expert planner services in terms of quality, quantity, sustainability, costs and dates Deficiency and follow-up management before and after the award of TGA planning and construction services Check and accompany the ext. commissioned object monitoring until successful commissioning and monitoring of commissioning management Further development of control processes in cooperation with the project teams in the field of education, in particular reflecting the experiences of decreases and warranties

Required completed undergraduate degree in engineering science (e.g. utility technology, building and energy technology) at least three years of professional experience in the planning and realization of large and complex construction projects focusing on heating, ventilation, cold Advantages good knowledge of building and procurement law (e.g. VOB, BGB, AHO, VOL, VgV and HOAI) and relevant technical regulations Experiences in project controlling, project management and building management and/or object monitoring in the techn. Building equipment Experience with regard to the monitoring of construction and rehabilitation measures safe occurrence, enforcement and communication strength Team players and associated insight, attention and helpfulness
