Specialised incorporation and further training in the subject area of supervisory law/competence supporting our specialists in consulting and projects on supervisory issues (e.g. implementation of CRR III (Basel IV), supervisory and/or statistical reporting; Process optimization, improvement of own resources and liquidity situation, consolidation, data quality analyses, group reporting etc.) First own implementation of statutory audits in the field of supervisory reporting and internal audit for supervisory reporting Support of credit institutions in reporting to banking supervision First takeover of our own seminar content and/or support of our experienced specialists As part of our career model, you will find a development to senior managers level in the field of financial services

Completed or advanced business studies, preferably focusing on banking and financial services, financial management, banking & finance, financial management/regulation, consulting & auditing or accounting, controlling & taxation, economic law As an alternative, a training as a banking businessman/woman and a training as a banking specialist*in/bank business economist with first professional experience in banking supervisory law/meldewesen, ideally in the cooperative financial network Self-responsibility and willingness to perform as well as targeted and solution-oriented operation You are open to new things and have fun to get to know different business models with changing applications
